Alex Berry is a fine wine specialist with over 30 years experience, based in Albury, servicing regional Victoria and Southern NSW. He sources all his wines locally and employs local staff. His vision is to build strong and reliable long-term customer relationships through a proactive face-to-face approach whilst maintaining uncompromised integrity, reliability and trust with my clients. To be the supplier of choice for all fine wine requirements, staff training in wine and spirit education.
Brought to you by Pinchos Catering, Andiamo Street Food is pop-up cuisine focusing on small snacks, tapas and appetisers. Their passion is for Spanish, Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, however change it up from pop-up to pop-up. Pinchos and Andiamo take pride in sourcing the freshest seasonal produce, creating unique menus, and delivering professional service.
A locally owned and operated business out of Wooragee Vic, Ashlar Woodfire Pizzas are a hugely popular business, specialising in catering for large evens. Their pizzas have wonderfully rolled and fresh bases, assembled and cooked to order with high quality using local produce, people and services where possible. They have a selection of gourmet pizzas along with traditional styles, cooked to perfection in their 600 degree oven!
Situated with views of Mt Buffalo on the main road to Bright and the snow fields, Australian Pumpkin Seed Company are Australia’s first and only pumpkin seed grower.

Specialising in the 'Styrian' 'naked' dark green pumpkin seed as the most studied nutritious pumpkin seed and is well known for its superior pumpkin seed oil production also producing their own 100% Australian Pumpkin Seed Oil - pumpkin seeds grown and oil extracted. The Artisan Oil Mill is the current feature producing Australia's First Hazelnut oil, Walnut and many other wonderful artisan oils and flour meals.
Owned and operated by Pamela and Lionel, Baklava Bar Albury Wodonga is the regions only traditional Greek pastry vendor. Serving sweets from traditional baklava to indulgent lavender and white chocolate, chai tea, chocolate and macadamia nut and more.

BeanStation is an up-cycled industrial-vibed eating/coffee house and wine bar. Their modern Australian menu partnered with Merlo coffee, local wines and Aussie boutique beers is an exciting product mix, personally selected by owners Amanda and Rod Ayton and their amazing BeanStation Café team. Come and experience the amazing feeling you get relaxing on the platform at sunset with enjoyable live music, great wine and good company. Add delicious seasonal grazing platters to complement the evening, and there it is in a nutshell: BeanStation Cafe.
Black Dog Brewery was launched in late November 2011. A craft brewery located at Taminick Cellars winery near Glenrowan in North East Victoria. Black Dog Brewery’s beers are hand crafted from premium malted barley, hops and yeast strains with pure Warby Range water. Hand crafted, small batch brews made using traditional techniques and no preservatives, ensures each beer is of the highest quality, the way beers are meant to be.
Having operated as an organic farm for 24 years, and a bakery for 20 years, Bonderoo Farm supply value-added organic products to the region.

Boonderoo farm bakery specialises in sourdough and rye breads, as well as traditional European pastries such as brioche and strudel. The flour is milled on site the day before baking, and all breads and desserts are baked in a woodfire oven.
3 generations of the Cameron family are involved in making cheese on the family dairy farm at Boosey. Pasture to plate, the entire process happens at Boosey. From growing their own feed for their cattle and hand-feeding calves, to making, hand packing and labelling their cheeses.

Master Cheesemaker Ken and his parents, along with Ken's brothers and young families, all have a part to play. Offering artisanal awarding-winning farmhouse cheeses made with fresh farm milk, non-animal rennet produce, as well as being G.M., chemical and gluten free!
At Bridge Road Brewers they constantly tweak their beers and develop new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers alike. They’re adamant not to just pump out a couple of run of the mill ales or have their beer brewed under license by someone else. Bridge Road Brewers prefer to create beer from scratch, using their own production equipment on site in Beechworth. Brewing is their passion, not a hobby or a chance to make a quick buck. All beers are brewed naturally, without pasteurization, or preservatives, using locally sourced ingredients.
Bright Brewery was born in 2005 from a passion for well-made beer, a love for the town of Bright and its pristine alpine environment, and the adventurous outdoors lifestyle that the High Country provides.

Overlooking the river, parks and mountains, Bright Brewery is an ideal destination for a beer and a meal.

Relax with a full flavoured craft beer, either outside on the Hop Terrace looking over the riverside parkland or at the bar where you can explore our beers and seasonal brews across 24 taps.
With their farm close to the heart of Wodonga in the fabulous North East Victoria food and wine district, and their speciality is seriously significant food.

They describe their work as ‘Experimental Gourmet Agriculture’ and seek to grow foods people love and cannot easily access.

Specialising in organic chestnut fed and acorn fed pork, seasonal native ‘Bush Tucker’ produce and organic seasonal fruit, herbs and vegetables.

Bunyip Hollow is one of a kind, and definitely not to be missed.
Situated in Molyullah, North East Victoria, approximately half way between Benalla and Wangaratta.

Starting out growing chillies as a hobby quickly became an obsession. Several greenhouses and a custom built nursery later, they grow over 100 varieties from seed and keep in stock up to 1200 plants.

They use only their own chillies to make their award winning products which include chilli sea salts, chilli chutneys, chilli jams, chilli oils, chilli sauces and even chilli Worcestershire sauce!

You can pick up chilli seeds to plant your own at home with over 20 varieties available. .
Clare Bear Food Wraps are a natural, renewable, sustainable alternative to single use plastic.

A natural food wrap which replaces single use plastic such as cling film and ziplock bags, lovingly handmade in the North East area of Victoria using beeswax sourced from local bee keepers.

A fantastic, sustainable alternative for lunchboxes, and at home!
Fantastic coffee, and “farmers breakfast” on a Booneroo Farm sourdough roll, filled with local bacon and eggs, chutney and greens – this is too good to miss!
Cofields are a family owned winery, aiming to make the best wine that they can, and to deliver distinctive, varietal-honest, quality wines and share their passion for wine with the region. Cofields have been sourcing fruit from our own vineyards in Rutherglen, as well as from grape growers in the following regions – King Valley, Alpine Valley, Beechworth, Glenrowan, Central Victoria, Pyrenees, Tumbarumba & Orange.
Each Dal Zotto wine is the blend of three elements - family, tradition and innovation - with one overarching philosophy - your origins are just as important as your future.

The Dal Zotto philosophy begins with what is closest to their hearts - family. From rural life in Italy, to settling in the King Valley, to pioneering Italian grape varieties, the journey has been a shared one.

Along the way, from the good times at the table to their appetite for discovery in the vineyard and winery, it is "La Famiglia" that has brought it all together.
A unique name, for a deliciously unique taste! Hot corn on the cob with a choice of assorted butters is their specialty, sourced locally from Myrtleford! Also available are locally sourced Formichi gourmet cheese kransky from Wodonga, and their awesome steak sandwiches scotch fillet is produced in Rutherglen.
Eaglerise provide farm produce from a certified organic farm designed as an agro-ecological system with multi-enterprises. So much a diverse mix is available! zucchini, tomato, bean, chard, beetroot, cucumber, squash, pumpkin, spring onion, potatoes, fennel, tatsoi, kale, leek, edible flowers, herbs; basil, thyme, marjoram, fennel, sage, oregano, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves fruit; peaches, pears, apples. raspberry sorbet, eggs, honey, lamb, and even soap!
Fat Pig Pulled Pork burgers have been on the food festival scene for a while now – serving up the best pulled pork burger you’ve ever wrapped your lips around.

Slow cooking local pork overnight in a secret marinade, served with crunchy coleslaw!

Look out for the big black container with the fat pig on the front!
Nestled in the heart of the high country, on a sunny north facing slope, just outside of Beechworth, lies a little plot of gold.

Saffron growing is half art, half science and a little dose of luck. It is generally agreed in all the traditional saffron countries; Iran, Spain, Kashmir that some families have the knack and some don’t. Gamila is hoping hers is a family with the knack; coming into their sixth season she thinks they might just be.

Products include saffron, olive leaf tea, and fermented olives.
Felix Gamze migrated to Australia at an early age from his birth place in Slovenia, coming from very traditional roots with a strong importance placed on good and wholesome food.

Opening his business in 198/6 after completing his butchering apprenticeship, Felix has had years of experience refining his skills, and recipes of quality smoked goods.
Gapsted Wines, located near Myrtleford in Victoria's High Country, is an award-winning winery producing premium cool climate wines from the King and Alpine Valleys.

They produce innovative wine varieties including Petit Manseng and Saperavi, as well as classic styles such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
The Goods Shed Craft Beer Café offers a rustic space for the public to enjoy delicious food made with passion and artistic flair whilst showcasing the best of Australian craft beer.

The Goods Shed is located in Junction Place Wodonga and was built in the 1870’s and provided the region with a transport hub to move “Goods” between Melbourne and Sydney. The ambiance of the place shines through upon entering the shed. Furniture has been up cycled from murray pine floorboards, red gum sleepers, railway track and the like. The tasting paddles specifically designed as beer crates whilst drinking out of mini jars, cheeky toilet signs, a giant sized Australian craft beer brewery map and a variety of spaces for functions, mezzanine level overlooking the sheds truss work and a function room and mobile bar.
A family-run business and located just east of Holbrook in the beautiful Wantagong Valley, Grass Roots Beef have developed their ‘paddock to plate’ enterprise, to add diversity to their farm, to provide authentic, healthy and ethically produced beef to their customers, and because they strongly believe that the red meat which is best for the consumer is that which is grass-fed and which comes straight from the farm.
Renowned for their famously delicious ice cream, Gundowring Fine Foods is an integral part of the local community. It provides employment and skills training for its loyal team of locals, as well as a market for local produce such as fruit, nuts and honey, as well as – of course – producing their own milk for their ice cream on their massive dairy farm. Gundowring’s market has spread far and wide to Sydney and Melbourne, its taste appreciated everywhere it goes!
Vegan food catering company run by international chef Osamu Uchino and his wife Rico, serving up delicious Japanese style vegan delights, from sushi rolls, Japanese pancakes and more!
Freshly made – in front of your eyes, Happy Cat Donuts specialise in cinnamon and sugar donuts, churros and other sweet treats!

Come along and create your own flavours, mix and match and conjure up the most ultimate of combinations.

Annie makes some delicious dishes, all available for you to try and buy! All items are made at home, growing the majority of ingredients in her very own backyard! Some dishes include homemade ravioli (also available frozen to take home), zucchini relish, mint sauce, and wonderful lemon curd!
Gourmet hot potatoes grown locally with all the toppings and dressings also sourced locally – what’s not to love! Try a diverse array of toppings and sauces with your ever-dependably-delicious Hot Potato Hot Potato potato. Did we say, potato?! :D
Try and buy a delicious assortment of goods! Jenny produces some amazing jams, pickles, relishes, home-grown garlic, cakes, nuts, quince paste, figs and walnut paste, crystallised figs and sauces! All goods are locally grown by Jenny herself!
Kensal Estate Wines expresses the natural colour and ripeness of the fruit required for fresh, great wines. Our wines are reflective of the region’s fresh air, clear river streams and purity of terroir. Kensal Estate Wines are characterised by their richness and depth of flavour; they are a true testament to the fantastic fruit, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail and dedication to upholding quality. Kensal Estate is committed to providing customers with consistency and quality, with their wide range of wines.
King Valley Popcorn is based in North East Victoria, making and creating gourmet flavours of Australian popping corn. They’re are proud to be 100% natural using local and Australian ingredients and all products are gluten free. Some flavours include: salted caramel, rocky road or chocolate covered salted caramel popcorn as well as savoury flavours, chilli and parmesan, cumin, coriander, chilli and herb, lightly salted or sweet and salty. They’ve also begun growing some of their very own popping corn crop in Greta West!
Utilising their very own spices, seasonings and rubs, King Valley Barbeque (the very same folks of King Valley Spices) whip up delicious barbequed goods anyone can enjoy!
Your confectionery specialist! The Lollie Jar stocks hard and soft sweets, coconut ice, honeycomb and lollypops! Oh and our friends King Valley Popcorn are also featured at their stall. All products are made using as many local ingredients and produce as possible.
Sourcing ingredients from local farmers and producers, Louisa’s cakes, puddings, curds, jams and preserves are award-winning, hand-made gems! Featuring nationally at Sydney, Hobart and Melbourne Fine Food Awards! Louisa operates out of Wahgunyah, using French-inspired (and family-pinched) techniques, and even does wedding cakes too! Baked goods available on the day include brownies, melting moments, and macarons.
Lusso KV (Italian for luxury) in the King Valley offers brand new accommodation in a two-storey loft, with a sleek industrial style and historical tobacco kiln entrance as a feature associated with the King Valley.

The property is fully self-contained, sleeping eight with three king size bedrooms, a fold-up sofa bed downstairs with an ensuite to the master bedroom, whilst the remaining two upstairs bedrooms (option of two king singles or king bed in one bedroom) feature a large bathroom.

There is a polished concrete floor throughout and upon entry, which looks directly to the open doubled sided gas fireplace.

It is located is right in the heart of the Whitfield township with ample parking, walking distance to the local pub and several wineries.
MEGAS Music Store Wodonga has been supplying the North East Border region with the finest quality instruments with the biggest warranties since 1997. Originally a musical instrument driven second hand goods store, MEGAS has grown to be the main supplier of quality instruments throughout the region supporting all local events, from charities to battle of the sounds, we have been there for anyone with a good cause.
Michel grows his own varieties of apples and hand crafts his vinegars in his cellar in Stanley which houses rows of 1000 litre tanks of cider being transformed into vinegar by the ‘mother’ which is a jelly like mass that floats on top of the cider. It consists of a thick web of acetic acid bacteria which protects the vinegar below from oxidising, creating a beautifully sharp vinegar with surprising sweetness.

Michel’s vinegars range from apple cider vinegar to pommo which is a darker, sweeter vinegar made from caramelised apples and then a much darker almost black vinegar called l’aigre-doux which is deliberately burnt turning the sugar of the apples black and creating a distinct sweet and sour taste which he explains is not appealing to look at but has a fantastic flavour.
Situated in Yackandandah, Marobe Cake and Truffles is a local boutique business which makes delicious chocolate truffles and yummy cakes. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries – any special occasion – is their specialty!
Set inside the historic former Wodonga railway station, Miss Amelie is a modern European restaurant, combining classic fare with chef/owner David Kapay's contemporary experience. A place where you always feel invited, and serves for a variety of occasions. They encourage the enjoyment of seriously interesting food + wine, and ensure guests will leave with the warm feeling of true hospitality.

David had a lengthy spell working under Jamie Oliver at the world famous 15 restaurant in London, and also lists Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton's michelin-starred Maze restaurant on his resume.

Their menu is inspired by David's time spent living in and exploring Europe, driven by the seasons and availability of the best quality produce.
Morris Wines is a small Australian wine producer located in Rutherglen in the north east of Victoria. For 5 generations, successive Morris family winemakers have lovingly crafted benchmark fortified and full bodied red wines using traditional techniques that have been handed down through the generations since 1859. Also available are sparkling and white wines. Morris Wines have won countless medals and prizes throughout the years for their fantastic wines and contribution to the industry.
A small, family-run wine business situated near Eldorado , Mt Pilot Estate grow, make and sell their own wines on-site, utilising local staff to produce wonderful wines. They’re committed to a production of premium quality wines of rare distinction. Their products can be found throughout many top North East restaurants, as well as in Melbourne and Sydney. Their varieties include Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Durif.
All ingredients in Ninn’s Pantry are sourced locally to create meringues, jams, pickles, yoyos, butter, lemon butter, curds, cakes and slices. All products are hand-made on site at King Valley Dairy, using recipes handed down from grandmother to grandmother. The flour is milled at Bonderoo Farm (also a stall at the festival!), the berries are from Bright Berrie Farm and the butter comes from King Valley Dairy (also a stall!) - A great collaboration of local growers and producers!
A family-based company who have been growing olives in North East Victoria for over 27 years and producing and direct-selling a wide variety of olives, olive oils and associated products. They pride themselves on sourcing local growers and suppliers, as well as hired help. You can even see their products featured in many local retailers. In stall, you’ll find olives (yep!), dukkahs, tapenades, dressings, salts, preserves, fruit pastas, pickled chillies and cherries!
Locally owned and operated, Oven Lovin Pizza are serving up all your favourites; fresh-made pizzas cooked in their portable wood fired oven.
Handmade at their property, situated at the foot of Paradise Falls in the small hamlet of Cheshunt, in the King Valley wine region of North East Victoria. Their pasta is made using only natural ingredients, whole free range eggs and durum wheat flour, proudly containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavouring. It is hung and allowed to dry naturally, giving it a longer shelf life.

The Adele range of pastas include: Italian mixed herbs, Chilli, Spinach, Cracked pepper, Squid Ink, Gluten Free and Plain varieties, with some other surprises coming soon!
This funky little pod is set up for an assault on the senses with freshly brewed local coffee. You can also grab a muffin, roll, savoury treat or sweet bun while you're there! Piccolo Pod is based out of Junction Square, however it is easily enough transported to be a feature at major events around the region.
Delicious ice creams produced locally! Add your favourite toppings to make your ultimate ice cream - or - have a fabulous thickshake or slushie! Great for a warm day!
Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery in the King Valley wine region of north east Victoria. Pizzini specialises in the production of Italian wine varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Arneis, Prosecco, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Their motto ‘family, friends, food and wine’ shines throughout their cooking classes and food and wine events held around Australia.
Situated in Victoria’s King Valley, Politini have a selection of premium wines. Their wine making philosophy revolves around letting the vineyard speak for itself and capturing the grape in the bottle. While you won’t be able to do the former on the day, the latter you can certainly taste just what’s captured!
Posh Plonk winery is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Hume Albury, the vineyard is set over 5 acres and has been established for 20 years.

Posh Plonk partnered with Cofield Wines to produce our wine, as we believe we can leave nothing up to chance, in addition to engaging the finest winemakers in North East Victoria we have sourced the finest oak barrels from the Bordeaux region in France to allow the wine to be the best it can possibly be, and the results speak for themselves.
The Pure Bee has raw, cold-extracted honey from beehives formed in North East Victoria. All honey is minimally processed (to ensure it as pure and delicious as possible!) and packed locally by the family in Leneva. Some sweet varieties are on offer, including: ‘Bold and Robust’ (Red Gum) and ‘Humble and Wholesome’ (Bush Blend).
Grown using traditional organic methods, Randall’s Organic Rice is grown, milled and packaged on their very own farm to create a gourmet-style rice. They believe rice should be organic, fresh, delicious, nutritious, environmentally responsible, and as local as possible – from a place you can visit.
Red Barrel Designs make gorgeous products from recycled wine barrels. Some products include cheese platters, chopping boards, tasting paddles, clocks, fruit bowls, wine glass stands, and more!
Red Elk Beverage Co is a family run business specialising in premium soda machine, cocktail and drinking syrups. Our products are 100% handmade, making our syrups from scratch using Australian cane sugar.

Their heritage recipes are over 40 years old, some as old as 70! Because of this, they provide the same classic, refreshing taste that was enjoyed decades ago. Compared to inferior mass market cordials and syrups, they don't add unnecessary ingredients like flavour enhancers or artificial sweeteners - it tastes great the way it is!
Riverina Jerky is a family owned business. It was created out of a love for a jerky, that was discovered on a trip to America. However upon returning to Australia, owner Nick couldn’t find a jerky that had the flavour or the texture that he’d found on holidays. So after many attempts and many kilos of beef later they finally found the right balance between chewiness and flavour, Riverina Jerky was then born.
Fantastic gourmet hotdogs with heaps of different toppings, need we say more!
Rutherglen Brewery is located on the Murray Valley Highway in Rutherglen, three hours drive from Melbourne. It is in close proximity to the snowfields, the mighty Murray River and the Murray to the mountains rail trail, a region studded with brilliant food producers, history, wine and now beer.

The beers at Rutherglen Brewery are lovingly hand crafted in small batches on site, with full bodied flavours and hop profiling to reflect seasonality. Rutherglen Brewery is a true nano brewery and features six of its own beers on tap.
Bearing the name of one of the oldest and most recognised wine regions in Australia, Rutherglen Estate’s mission is to produce the best and most regionally typical premium wines from varieties most suited to the climate and conditions of, and grown only within, the Rutherglen region. Their varieties include renaissance, white, red, sticky, sparkly and spritzy.
Salami Shack is one of Australia's leading distributors of salamis and mettwursts and they taste test many, many salamis and mettwursts to bring you the "best of the best". Their range includes traditional pork, beef and pork, beef, lamb and rosemary, kangaroo and venison. All of Salami Shacks products contain meats sourced directly from Australian farmers.
To Sam the future is written in hard work and strong development; in being able to plant, grow, source and make his own wines that reflect the true style of the King Valley. He feels a strong affinity to the region attributed to its strong Italian heritage and its development of Italian varieties many of which Sam grows including Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio and Arneis.
Made from high quality, food grade silicone which is BPA free; these aren't just good for wine. Great for the kids to use outside for ice-cream, yoghurt or fruit. Perfect for individual desserts straight from the oven of temperatures up to 200 degrees celcius (Self saucing puddings do VERY well in these), as does a sneaky margarita mix in the summer.

Perfect for around the pool, picnics, barbecues, camping and caravanning, sporting events, music festivals. The list goes on. Fold them up and store them in your bag or glove box in the car so they're always on hand.

A hospitality company based in Albury, SMART Hospitality hire out chefs, cooks, kitchen hands, wait and promotional staff and more! They specialise in large functions and catering, so what better place than at the festival! On offer will be Paella! Yes, Paella! Choose from three varieties: Chicken and chorizo, Prawn and calamari, and Vegetarian (vegan friendly)! There’ll also be Spanish rice available, as a gluten, nut and dairy free option!
The Star Hotel in Yackandandah prides themselves on providing their patrons with great food, house-smoked meats, live music, and a great local beer – brewed just down the road from them in Alan’ Flat at Two Pot Brewery.
Based at Mount Beauty in the heart of the Victorian High Country, Sweetwater Brewing Company is committed to brewing great beers, inspired by the environment that surrounds us. It is their goal to produce beers where the flavours of the malt, hops and yeast are allowed to shine through and enhance their soft, sweet mountain water.
Beautifully crafted macarons for every occasion with over 20 flavours to choose from! I’m sure you have some special occasion coming up…and you won’t know what flavours to get for that – so, ya’know – you’d better try them all at the festival, right? Chocolate ganache and salted caramel have your name written all over them.
Thermomix is a fantastic way to create delicious meals simply. Thermomix replaces over 12 appliances all in one sleek compact unit! So you can chop, beat, mix, whip, mill, knead, mince, grate, juice, blend, heat, stir, steam, sauté and weigh food quicker and easier than ever.
Hailing from Shepparton, Top Notch Poffertjes make delicious homemade poffertjes (Mini Dutch Pancakes) served with butter, icing sugar and your choice of: lemon juice, honey, maple syrup, chocolate sauce and strawberry.
Delicious gelato made in Wodonga! Operating out of Junction Square Wodonga, Topolino only opened at the end of 2017 and have already been a huge success! Specialising in – of course – gelato – Topolino also provide cold drinks and coffee!
Toun’s Thai Food gives you a range of delicious Thai flavours to try. Having appeared at many local markets and festivals, you may have seen Toun around and shall not be disappointed in their amazing fare.
Created by local chef Kelly Thomas, Tree Hill Catering and Ready Made Meals is a new catering company to open up in the North East. They pride themselves on taking the extra step and working side-by-side with clients to ensure their event is everything they imagined. Tree Hill Catering delivers high standard food for every event life throws at you, from the excitement of baby showers and christenings, to engagement parties and weddings.
At Valentine's, their philosophy begins with quality of product, service and presentation. They endeavor to always produce their best, which includes the best, healthiest and freshest of ingredients in all products produced. Helping you be wide-eyed at dawn, White Owl Coffee is locally roasted small batch premium coffee by Harry Perry. At the festival he’ll be supported by Valentines Bakery with their artisan sourdough bread. As many ingredients as possible are sourced locally. Get all the coffee-ness you need! Beans, grounds, equipment, espressos, teas, cold drip coffee and iced teas, chai and turmeric all available!
Valhalla Wines handcrafts wines using natural vineyard practices, traditional winemaking methods and careful cellaring in the strawbale winery. Premium Rhone Valley varietals including Viognier, Marsanne, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre and Durif are a focus as they are well suited to the Rutherglen climate and soils.

Anton and Antoinette have established Valhalla with environmental sustainability as a core value of their business. They embrace natural farming methods in the vineyard, rainwater harvesting, a worm farm waste system, composting and use of recycled packaging. These sustainable practices and their attention to detail create wines of character, wines with soul.

Almost all ingredients are from the local region and the goods are produced in Benalla, Victoria. Black Sheep Tucker do a fantastic job with these!
Vinbar is a 1958 Sunliner Caravan that provides a full bar service for any occasion. “Vinnie” has been tastefully restored into a retro caravan bar by highly experienced tradesman and designers. The bar top is a stunning piece of waney edge River Red Gum and the window frames are from Red Cedar. Glassware is sourced from Arcoroc, a modern yet durable collection. From beer and wine, to cocktails and coffee, catering, and lawn games; Vinnie is equipped with everything needed to make your next function truly unforgettable.
First planted in 1945 by a local Italian vigneron, and then purchased and expanded by Brown Brothers in 1950, Virago Vineyard has a long viticultural history, in Australian terms. With over two thousand nebbiolo vines planted in 2007, Virago Vineyard is planted on a moderately inclined, north-west facing slope at an altitude of 270 metres and consists of a combination of five different Lambia clones on one hectare. The nebbiolo vines were planted by hand, and all pruning, trimming, fruit-thinning, soil tilling and picking is also done by hand each year to ensure a low yield of the highest quality fruit.
Whitlands blueberry plants were first planted in 1976 by Laurel and Kevin Croucher in the beautiful high country of North-East Victoria at Whitlands. At the time, planting blueberries was the 'new fad' and many other people put them in too, but over time they found their cool climate and mild summers meant that our berries ripened later and had a superior flavour, thus Whitlands Blueberries are now entering their fourth decade as premium blueberry growers.

As a Stephanie Alexander Program school, Wodonga West Primary students produce their own preserves, chutney, jam and herb rubs, as well as some plant cuttings too! A non-profit organisation, all proceeds go back into the program to enable students to pursue their culinary craft!

Quinola Granola is wonderful with milk, yogurt, sprinkled on porridge or other breakfasts and is especially good with coconut yogurt. Try it sprinkled on salads, desserts and especially ice-cream!
