His vision is to build strong and reliable long-term customer relationships through a proactive face-to-face approach whilst maintaining uncompromised integrity, reliability and trust with my clients. All Saints Estate is a family owned winery established in 1864 and located on the banks of the Murray River in Wahgunyah, North East Victoria. Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown own All Saints Estate and the neighbouring property, St Leonards Vineyard in Wahgunyah. Eliza is the CEO with sister Angela as Sales and Marketing Director and brother Nicholas as Winemaker and General Manager. The family’s vision for both properties is to continue growing, making and selling fine wine, and to make a mark on the future landscape of Australian winemaking domestically and overseas.
Sue Thornton has been involved with the wine industry for 25 years, and has studied wine marketing at Roseworthy and viticulture at CSU Wagga. Sue's passion for alternate and Italian varieties was the basis for the plantings in Amulet Vineyard. Sue’s son Ben, having also studied viticulture, has taken on roles within the family business, as well as helping to create the renowned Beechworth Cider.

Amulet prides itself on employing local staff and using as many possible local business in their processes, including labels, raw materials and relative service industries.
Brought to you by Pinchos Catering, Andiamo Street Food is pop-up cuisine focusing on small snacks, tapas and appetisers. Their passion is for Spanish, Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, however change it up from pop-up to pop-up. Pinchos and Andiamo take pride in sourcing the freshest seasonal produce, creating unique menus, and delivering professional service.
A locally owned and operated business out of Wooragee Vic, Ashlar Woodfire Pizzas are a hugely popular business, specialising in catering for large evens. Their pizzas have wonderfully rolled and fresh bases, assembled and cooked to order with high quality using local produce, people and services where possible. They have a selection of gourmet pizzas along with traditional styles, cooked to perfection in their 600 degree oven!
BeanStation is an up cycled industrial vibed eating/coffee house and wine bar. Their modern Australian menu partnered with Merlo coffee, local wines and Aussie boutique beers is their exciting product mix, personally selected by owners Amanda and Rod Ayton and their amazing BeanStation Café team. Come and experience the amazing feeling you get, relaxing on the platform at sunset, together with enjoyable live music, great wine and good company. Amy and Chris Grant together bring you Black Barrel Barbecue. Black Barrel specialises in American-Style slow smoked meats, including a variety of ribs, brisket and pulled pork, served with traditional sides. Hailing from Lavington and recently having ventured to the Tamworth Country Music Festival, Black Barrel Barbeque are keen to let the North East show what they have on offer.
Having operated as an organic farm for 24 years, and a bakery for 20 years, Bonderoo Farm supply value-added organic products to the region. Boonderoo farm bakery specialises in sourdough and rye breads, as well as traditional European pastries such as brioche and strudel. The flour is milled on site the day before baking, and all breads and desserts are baked in a woodfire oven.
3 generations of the Cameron family are involved in making cheese on the family dairy farm at Boosey. Pasture to plate, the entire process happens at Boosey. From growing their own feed for their cattle and hand-feeding calves, to making, hand packing and labelling their cheeses.

Master Cheesemaker Ken and his parents, along with Ken's brothers and young families, all have a part to play. Offering artisanal awarding-winning farmhouse cheeses made with fresh farm milk, non-animal rennet produce, as well as being G.M., chemical and gluten free!
At Bridge Road Brewers they constantly tweak their beers and develop new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers alike. They’re adamant not to just pump out a couple of run of the mill ales or have their beer brewed under license by someone else. Bridge Road Brewers prefer to create beer from scratch, using their own production equipment on site in Beechworth. Brewing is their passion, not a hobby or a chance to make a quick buck. All beers are brewed naturally, without pasteurization, or preservatives, using locally sourced ingredients.
Bright Pops create artisan natural ice pops, boasting the best seasonal produce within the Alpine Region of Victoria; paying tribute to all the unique aspects that this region offers with an ever changing menu of inspiration. Their gourmet Ice Pops are handcrafted in small batches. Gluten, Dairy & Sugar Free (except for fruits natural sugar). No chemicals, fillers or additives and all produce is sourced from the local region.
Campbell’s Condiments provides a huge range of jams and spreads, delicious for any base, biscuit or bit of bread! All made and sourced here locally!
A local Wodonga business, Cakesrlicious prides themselves on delivering deliciously baked cakes and to supply custom ordered designs. Cakesrlicious specialise in putting that sweetness into special occasions. They also offer cake supplies, decorating equipment and even classes should you want to try and design and bake your own marvellous creation with an experienced mentor by your side! We also stock cake decorating supplies and equipment.
Chambers Rosewood have an incredible line up of reasonably priced red, white and fortified wines. Those who know them best are reassured that value for money is still very much the norm. Chambers is a very relaxed family owned winery established in 1858 and operated by the legendary Bill Chambers and his son Stephen, the 6th generation of this family to make wine at Rosewood.

Wodonga’s own Cheeky Peak Brewery produce fantastic beers and ciders, employing staff from the local area and using as much local produce and services in their processes as possible. Their services are not only limited to providing you with a snazzy beer or cider, but also providing brewing equipment and ingredients, party hire equipment, fridge conversions, and can even help you setup your own microbrewery whether you’re wanting to have a flowing supply to you man-cave or are a small commercial operator.
Cofields are a family owned winery, aiming to make the best wine that they can, and to deliver distinctive, varietal-honest, quality wines and share their passion for wine with the region. The Goods Shed Craft Beer Café offers a rustic space for the public to enjoy delicious food made with passion and artistic flair whilst showcasing the best of Australian craft beer.

The Goods Shed is located in Junction Place Wodonga and was built in the 1870’s and provided the region with a transport hub to move “Goods” between Melbourne and Sydney. The ambiance of the place shines through upon entering the shed. Furniture has been up cycled from murray pine floorboards, red gum sleepers, railway track and the like. The tasting paddles specifically designed as beer crates whilst drinking out of mini jars, cheeky toilet signs, a giant sized Australian craft beer brewery map and a variety of spaces for functions, mezzanine level overlooking the sheds truss work and a function room and mobile bar.
A family-run business and located just east of Holbrook in the beautiful Wantagong Valley, Grass Roots Beef have developed their ‘paddock to plate’ enterprise, to add diversity to their farm, to provide authentic, healthy and ethically produced beef to their customers, and because they strongly believe that the red meat which is best for the consumer is that which is grass-fed and which comes straight from the farm.

Renowned for their famously delicious ice cream, Gundowring Fine Foods is an integral part of the local community. It provides employment and skills training for its loyal team of locals, as well as a market for local produce such as fruit, nuts and honey, as well as – of course – producing their own milk for their ice cream on their massive dairy farm. Gundowring’s market has spread far and wide to Sydney and Melbourne, its taste appreciated everywhere it goes!
Haldon Estate hand-crafts beautiful wines from grapes grown on-site, with their vineyard being managed organically. These wines showcase the best of Beechworth artisan wine production. Haldon Estate is a strong supporter of buying local. All goods and services are sourced locally where possible.

Gamila grows olives, saffron and other products on her farm just outside of Beechworth. The olives are hand-picked then wild fermented in the Mediterranean style.
Annie makes some delicious dishes, all available for you to try and buy! All items are made at home, growing the majority of ingredients in her very own backyard! Some dishes include homemade ravioli (also available frozen to take home), zucchini relish, mint sauce, and wonderful lemon curd!
Gourmet hot potatoes grown locally with all the toppings and dressings also sourced locally – what’s not to love! Try a diverse array of toppings and sauces with your ever-dependably-delicious Hot Potato Hot Potato potato. Did we say, potato?! :D
North East Victoria’s first and only boutique gin maker, located at Bobinawarrah right in the heart of the Milawa Gourmet region. Made using their own barley and oat base spirit, these gins are vapour distilled – a process that allows subtle botanical flavours and fragrances to develop with an unmatched delicate integration.

The Yardarm is infused with Macedonian juniper, coriander, citrus, pink peppercorns, hops and lemon myrtle; 14 botanicals in all. It has a distinctive citrus lift and finishes with a soft-spiced depth – a beautiful mix that’s also palate cleansing. Many of the botanicals used at Hurdle Creek Still are either grown on site or sourced locally.

Hurdle Creek Still gins are hand packed and come in 700ml and cheeky hand-bag sized 350ml bottles.
Indigo produce superb wine and lamb from their property at Everton Upper, just outside of Beechworth. Their Pop-up Events Trailer has been supported by the Wine Growth Fund based on their contribution to the North East, with their locally grown, sourced and produced wine and foods. As specialist grape growers, they are proud that their grapes find their way into fabulous wines produced by great wine makers. Indigo have a commitment to sustainability in all their processes.
James and Co pride themselves on their food-oriented wines, boasting lighter styles and savoury types that match well with a broad array of foods. Hailing from Beechworth and Rutherglen, James and Co is a small, family-owned business with their fabulous locally grown and made products tending towards an Italian style. Ricky and Georgie James run the show, but “&Co.” refers to the cooperative community drawn together and reflecting the Italian style of living with an Australian twist.
Try and buy a delicious assortment of goods! Jenny produces some amazing jams, pickles, relishes, home-grown garlic, cakes, nuts, quince paste, figs and walnut paste, crystallised figs and sauces! All goods are locally grown by Jenny herself!
John Gehrig Wines is a fifth generation family-run vineyard and winery situated in King Valley and Rutherglen. The current generation of John Gehrig Wines has an obsession with producing the best grapes to produce wines of distinction that will pay homage to this iconic Northeast Victorian winery. Come try a fantastic range of wines including sparkling, white, red and fortified! Unfortunately there’s just too many to bring to the festival, so you’ll have to pop out to one of their locations to get the full experience!
Jones Winery and Vineyard is a Rutherglen wine-producer. They grow their own grapes to produce distinctive, award-winning table wines and fortified wines. The winery has been in the Jones family since 1927, and together with their café in Rutherglen, continues to grow, attracting attention to the region. Their vats are over 100 years old, producing wine to this day in a traditional manner, garnering a specialised range of handcrafted wines.
Awarded multiple times, brandishing gold, silver and bronze medals at the Melbourne Fine Food Awards, Katamatite produces premium quality, chemical free, organically grown Australian garlic. Katamatite’s gardens are designed using permaculture principles and use natural organic methods that gradually improve the soil rather than deplete it. Their garlic is hand planted, harvested, cleaned and prepared. It is ideal for people who enjoy quality food, are conscious of their health and the health of the environment.

Originally The Butter Factory Myrtyleford, then expanding into King Valley Dairy, an assortment of products are now produced under the new moniker, including buttermilk, crème fraiche, ghee and ricotta. However, their famous award-winning butter remains the core of their business. Based in Whitfield, Victoria, King Valley Fine Foods produces a splurge of different products, from pesto and chutney, through to pate, reductions, mayonnaise, pasta sauce and more. King Valley Fine Foods sells all over Australia and have even been exporting to Hong Kong for the past 14 years. King Valley Fine Foods grow and source the vast majority of their produce themselves or locally, and have received multiple awards over the years.
King Valley Popcorn is based in North East Victoria, making and creating gourmet flavours of Australian popping corn. They’re are proud to be 100% natural using local and Australian ingredients and all products are gluten free. Some flavours include: salted caramel, rocky road or chocolate covered salted caramel popcorn as well as savoury flavours, chilli and parmesan, cumin, coriander, chilli and herb, lightly salted or sweet and salty. They’ve also begun growing some of their very own popping corn crop in Greta West!
Your confectionery specialist! The Lollie Jar stocks hard and soft sweets, coconut ice, honeycomb and lollypops! Oh and our friends King Valley Popcorn are also featured at their stall. All products are made using as many local ingredients and produce as possible.
Sourcing ingredients from local farmers and producers, Louisa’s cakes, puddings, curds, jams and preserves are award-winning, hand-made gems! Featuring nationally at Sydney, Hobart and Melbourne Fine Food Awards! Louisa operates out of Wahgunyah, using French-inspired (and family-pinched) techniques, and even does wedding cakes too! Baked goods available on the day include brownies, melting moments, and macarons.
Maison Renoux’s vinegar is popular throughout the region, with his range of apple cider vinegars, dips and pâté all being handcrafted in Stanley made from local, fresh ingredients. Renoux uses the base apple cider which is then left in vats for between three weeks to six months — depending on outside temperatures — during which time natural bacteria chomps away at the alcohol.
Situated in Yackandandah, Marobe Cake and Truffles is a local boutique business which makes delicious chocolate truffles and yummy cakes. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries – any special occasion – is their specialty!
Set inside the historic former Wodonga railway station, Miss Amelie is a modern European restaurant, combining classic fare with chef/owner David Kapay's contemporary experience. A place where you always feel invited, and serves for a variety of occasions. They encourage the enjoyment of seriously interesting food + wine, and ensure guests will leave with the warm feeling of true hospitality.

David had a lengthy spell working under Jamie Oliver at the world famous 15 restaurant in London, and also lists Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton's michelin-starred Maze restaurant on his resume.

Their menu is inspired by David's time spent living in and exploring Europe, driven by the seasons and availability of the best quality produce.
Where things come from is massively important to Monumental. Using local seasonal produce and the freshest ingredients, they make premium ice-cream and sorbet on-site right in their very own flavour lab using traditional methods and their special recipes. Monumental is a local business found in the heart of Albury, and is a brand that’s become well-renowned with the local populace. We’d list all their flavours…but there’s just too many (we’re talking 100+ across their ice cream, sorbet and shakes)!
Morris Wines is a small Australian wine producer located in Rutherglen in the north east of Victoria. For 5 generations, successive Morris family winemakers have lovingly crafted benchmark fortified and full bodied red wines using traditional techniques that have been handed down through the generations since 1859. Also available are sparkling and white wines. Morris Wines have won countless medals and prizes throughout the years for their fantastic wines and contribution to the industry.
A small, family-run wine business situated near Eldorado , Mt Pilot Estate grow, make and sell their own wines on-site, utilising local staff to produce wonderful wines. They’re committed to a production of premium quality wines of rare distinction. Their products can be found throughout many top North East restaurants, as well as in Melbourne and Sydney. Their varieties include Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Durif.
Nanna’s Kitchen make homemade preserves using local produce, sourcing from local farmers, farmers markets, Arnold's Fruit Market and family and friends. While offering a usual assortment of products, Nanna’s Kitchen loves to go outside-the-square and create products which you wouldn’t normally find on your local grocers shelf.
All ingredients in Ninn’s Pantry are sourced locally to create meringues, jams, pickles, yoyos, butter, lemon butter, curds, cakes and slices. All products are hand-made on site at King Valley Dairy, using recipes handed down from grandmother to grandmother. The flour is milled at Bonderoo Farm (also a stall at the festival!), the berries are from Bright Berrie Farm and the butter comes from King Valley Dairy (also a stall!) - A great collaboration of local growers and producers!
A family-based company who have been growing olives in North East Victoria for over 27 years and producing and direct-selling a wide variety of olives, olive oils and associated products. They pride themselves on sourcing local growers and suppliers, as well as hired help. You can even see their products featured in many local retailers. In stall, you’ll find olives (yep!), dukkahs, tapenades, dressings, salts, preserves, fruit pastas, pickled chillies and cherries!
Handmade at their property, situated at the foot of Paradise Falls in the small hamlet of Cheshunt, in the King Valley wine region of North East Victoria. Their pasta is made using only natural ingredients, whole free range eggs and durum wheat flour, proudly containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavouring. It is hung and allowed to dry naturally, giving it a longer shelf life.

The Adele range of pastas include: Italian mixed herbs, Chilli, Spinach, Cracked pepper, Squid Ink, Gluten Free and Plain varieties, with some other surprises coming soon!
This funky little pod is set up for an assault on the senses with freshly brewed local coffee. You can also grab a muffin, roll, savoury treat or sweet bun while you're there! Piccolo Pod is based out of Junction Square, however it is easily enough transported to be a feature at major events around the region.
Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery in the King Valley wine region of north east Victoria. Pizzini specialises in the production of Italian wine varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Arneis, Prosecco, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Their motto ‘family, friends, food and wine’ shines throughout their cooking classes and food and wine events held around Australia.
Situated in Victoria’s King Valley, Politini have a selection of premium wines. Their wine making philosophy revolves around letting the vineyard speak for itself and capturing the grape in the bottle. While you won’t be able to do the former on the day, the latter you can certainly taste just what’s captured!
The Pure Bee has raw, cold-extracted honey from beehives formed in North East Victoria. All honey is minimally processed (to ensure it as pure and delicious as possible!) and packed locally by the family in Leneva. Some sweet varieties are on offer, including: ‘Bold and Robust’ (Red Gum) and ‘Humble and Wholesome’ (Bush Blend).
Grown using traditional organic methods, Randall’s Organic Rice is grown, milled and packaged on their very own farm to create a gourmet-style rice. They believe rice should be organic, fresh, delicious, nutritious, environmentally responsible, and as local as possible – from a place you can visit.
Renaissance Chocolates is a family business that wants to share their chocolate passion, hand crafting our truffles and pralines and experience the aroma and taste of unique, quality artisan chocolates. They believe in creating high quality handmade chocolates in small quantities for consumption when fresh, full of flavour and mouth-watering complexity.
Riverina Jerky is a family owned business. It was created out of a love for a jerky, that was discovered on a trip to America. However upon returning to Australia, owner Nick couldn’t find a jerky that had the flavour or the texture that he’d found on holidays. So after many attempts and many kilos of beef later they finally found the right balance between chewiness and flavour, Riverina Jerky was then born.
Rutherglen Brewery is located on the Murray Valley Highway in Rutherglen, three hours drive from Melbourne. It is in close proximity to the snowfields, the mighty Murray River and the Murray to the mountains rail trail, a region studded with brilliant food producers, history, wine and now beer.

The beers at Rutherglen Brewery are lovingly hand crafted in small batches on site, with full bodied flavours and hop profiling to reflect seasonality. Rutherglen Brewery is a true nano brewery and features six of its own beers on tap.
Bearing the name of one of the oldest and most recognised wine regions in Australia, Rutherglen Estate’s mission is to produce the best and most regionally typical premium wines from varieties most suited to the climate and conditions of, and grown only within, the Rutherglen region. Their varieties include renaissance, white, red, sticky, sparkly and spritzy.
To Sam the future is written in hard work and strong development; in being able to plant, grow, source and make his own wines that reflect the true style of the King Valley. He feels a strong affinity to the region attributed to its strong Italian heritage and its development of Italian varieties many of which Sam grows including Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio and Arneis.
A hospitality company based in Albury, SMART Hospitality hire out chefs, cooks, kitchen hands, wait and promotional staff and more! They specialise in large functions and catering, so what better place than at the festival! On offer will be Paella! Yes, Paella! Choose from three varieties: Chicken and chorizo, Prawn and calamari, and Vegetarian (vegan friendly)! There’ll also be Spanish rice available, as a gluten, nut and dairy free option!
Produced by local Marilyn Galvin, come experience these hand-made burger-wonders flavoured with her very own special spicy tomato relish, served on a roll from an independent local baker, topped with lettuce, cheese, pickled cucumber and chipotle mayo! Or, if you for some reason have something against burgers… there’s always her home-made marinate lathered onto satay chicken!
Based at Mount Beauty in the heart of the Victorian High Country, Sweetwater Brewing Company is committed to brewing great beers, inspired by the environment that surrounds us. It is their goal to produce beers where the flavours of the malt, hops and yeast are allowed to shine through and enhance their soft, sweet mountain water.
Taminick Cellars and Black Dog Brewery hail from near Glenrowan in North East Victoria. Their beers are hand-crafted from premium malted barley, hops and yeast strains with pure Warby Range water. Hand-crafted, small batch brews made using traditional techniques and no preservatives, ensures each beer is of the highest quality, the way beers are meant to be. Taminick Cellars wines, made also by the man behind Black Dog Brewery, specialise in white, red and fortified wines.
Beautifully crafted macarons for every occasion with over 20 flavours to choose from! I’m sure you have some special occasion coming up…and you won’t know what flavours to get for that – so, ya’know – you’d better try them all at the festival, right? Chocolate ganache and salted caramel have your name written all over them.
Sister-store to Rutherglen Florist, Thistle & Fern is a local floral and gift shop located at Junction Square in a snazzy re-purposed shipping container. Looking for the perfect gift, or need to make it up to her after buying that motorbike? Head into Thistle & Fern.
Located in Tarrawingee and produced on their own farm, Tolpuddle makes delicious goats cheese and dairy products. Some include goat milk, chevre, curd, feathertop and a marinated gem. Every Tolpuddle goat cheese is made by hand in small batches using milk from their herd of Saanen dairy goats. Tolpuddle prides themselves son being a true "pasture-to-plate" producer using only the freshest milk and traditional methods to produce cheeses of outstanding quality.
At Valentine's, their philosophy begins with quality of product, service and presentation.
